Misty Absher Clark
Misty Absher Clark, vice president of creative services, joined the firm in 2007 when Jameson added marketing to the mix of advising services. After years of collaboration, Clark and the Jamesons were finally able to bring results-oriented marketing into a practice at the right time with the right integrated systems. Jameson bought Dental ImageWorks, the marketing consulting firm Clark founded.
Clark has proven expertise in the area of marketing, specifically for dental practices. The Jameson Creative Services advisors have methods that take the guesswork out of marketing efforts so dental practices can make decisions with confidence. As one of the only certified Microsoft Master Instructors in the dental field, Clark not only develops effective marketing plans for dental offices, but also trains dental teams on software programs, digital photography and dental imaging systems. Recently, she has expanded Jameson’s marketing efforts to industries beyond dentistry.
Clark lectures nationally and internationally on marketing, digital learning tools and using digital photography as a marketing tool in the practice. Her various hands-on workshops are requested by both large and small groups across the US and UK on digital photography, digital imaging, Photoshop for Dentists, PowerPoint and digital case presentation. She has been a faculty member with Dr. Larry Rosenthal’s Aesthetic Advantage. Clark has also written numerous articles and authored manuals for developing digital case presentations in the office, Photoshop for Dentists and Cosmetic Imaging.
Clark lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband, son and daughter, where they enjoy community activities together.
Fran Pangakis’ experience in dentistry comes from her clinical roots as a dental hygienist through business management and, since 2002, practice management consulting, where her clients praise her ability to provide ‘transformational’ solutions that meet the needs of both doctor and team.
Fran’s passion is in creating office relationships that ‘work’. She is a certified training and development professional with extensive skills in facilitation, communications, training, coaching and professional development. Through the use of performance management assessments, Fran works with doctors and teams to unlock talent by tapping into their Emotional Intelligence (EQ) factors and behavioral traits.
She has completed the training developed by Paul White, Ph.D., co-author of The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace: Empowering Organizations by Encouraging People, and is authorized to conduct training seminars to organizations and work-based teams with the Appreciation at Work curriculum.
Fran is a certified consultant with leading human resource and personnel policy firm Bent Ericksen & Associates, and is also a coach and lead trainer for Bent Ericksen’s DrakeP3, the assessment tool which is used for hiring, team building, leadership development and motivational assessment.
