Great staff overall, it was super fast to schedule an appointment and to meet with Dr. Shimane. Glad I came here to get my wisdom teeth removed, their service really great, didn't feel any pain and already recovering after a week. When I came to Dr. Shimane's office he mentioned that I would be getting the VIP Experience for my extractions and in the back of my mind...I was a little skeptical, just because people say things like that. After it has all been said and done, I can vouch for the VIP Experience in his office-I really appreciate the care and pride he and his staff put forth in their work and for the patients!! Very Satisfied, even though the extraction process is no fun, they do all they can to make it comfortable.
