When I came to Dr. Shimane's office he mentioned that I would be getting the VIP Experience for my extractions and in the back of my mind...I was a little skeptical, just because people say things like that. After it has all been said and done, I can vouch for the VIP Experience in his office-I really appreciate the care and pride he and his staff put forth in their work and for the patients!! Very Satisfied, even though the extraction process is no fun, they do all they can to make it comfortable.

This was the best experience I have had with a medical office and their employees. Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon himself were professional, personal, and extremely time efficient. Dr. Shimane even personally called to check up on me after my extractions! After the many doctor's offices I have visited over the years, no other doctor has ever done that. Great satisfaction overall! They are definitely recommended.
